Coralina is an attorney with Phillips Kaiser PLLC and her legal career includes being the Vice President, Contracts & International of Key Energy Services, Inc., Associate General Counsel of Willbros USA, Inc., Assistant General Counsel of Enron Corp., and an International and Energy Senior Associate at the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P.

She is an international transactional and commercial attorney representing companies with international operations, primarily on operations and services contracts, local regulatory issues, compliance, international bids, vendor and distribution arrangements, and oilfield services contracts review and negotiation of master services agreements (MSAs) with oil producers for US and international operations. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

At Key Energy Services for 10 years, she managed the US contracts group, supported the existing operations and start-up operations for the company’s oilfield services in Argentina, Bahrain Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Oman, and Russia, and assisted with FCPA and compliance implementation, enforcement and training. She negotiated MSAs with national oil companies, PEMEX, ECOPETROL, TATWEER, and ADNOC. At Willbros she supported engineering, procurement, and construction projects in the US, Latin America and West Africa, including bids, risk, and compliance analysis, joint ventures and project contracts. At Enron she worked with the project development of EcoElectrica, a 507 MW electricity generation facility and LNG terminal located in Puerto Rico, and supported the Enron Bankruptcy Estate with the disposition of Enron international assets. For Akin, Gump she worked on the Bolivian government privatization of its national oil company, YPFB, sponsored by the World Bank, and on the Bolivia – Brazil gas pipeline project. She represented US electric utilities and independent power producers in the privatization of electric generation and distribution companies and transactions in Latin America.

Coralina received the Key Energy Services Circle of Excellence Award in 2009.
